Please read these terms of use carefully before accessing our Website or using the Linez Protocol interface. By continuing to use the site or applying for the waitlist, you accept these terms in full.
Protecting your privacy is very important to us: please review our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
1.1 Linez Protocol is a decentralized software infrastructure layer deployed on public blockchains (primarily Solana) that coordinates escrow deposits, collateral locks, and evidence graph calculations for real-world exchanges.
1.2 No Agency or Courier Status: We are a software project, not a shipping company, carrier, postal provider, or courier marketplace. All shipping, purchase, carriage, and exchange activities are conducted directly and independently by the participating users (Seekers and Travelers/Fulfillers).
1.3 No Control Over Parties: We have no control over the conduct, reliability, timing, capability, or legality of any Seeker or Traveler. We do not vet, employ, or contract users.
2.1 In-Person Meets: Users are solely responsible for their personal safety when negotiating and executing in-person exchanges. We strongly recommend meeting during daylight hours at verified, active Venue Nodes.
2.2 Product Inspection: Seekers are solely responsible for inspecting all goods for authenticity, damage, legality, and conformity before checking in or settling the exchange. Once the smart contract releases escrow, the transaction is finalized, irreversible, and non-refundable.
3.1 Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Linez Protocol to request, purchase, transport, or facilitate the exchange of illegal substances, hazardous materials, prescription medications, weapons, contraband, counterfeit goods, or any items restricted by local or international aviation, border control, or customs regulations.
3.2 Travelers/Fulfillers must personally inspect all items they purchase and transport to ensure safety and compliance with customs laws. We accept zero liability for any legal actions, custom seizures, or penalties arising from contraband.
4.1 The protocol relies on Solana smart contracts. You acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in cryptographic assets, stablecoin (USDC) smart contracts, network congestion, forks, oracle failures, and protocol exploits. We are not responsible for any financial losses or locked funds due to blockchain malfunctions.
5.1 NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEZ PROTOCOL, ITS BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSOCIATES ACCEPT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR INJURIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
5.1.1 The actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Seeker, Fulfiller, or third-party observer;
5.1.2 The loss, theft, damage, customs seizure, or destruction of any physical goods or parcels;
5.1.3 The availability, safety, suitability, or conduct of any third-party physical business acting as a Venue Node;
5.1.4 Fraud, deception, payment defaults, or bond slashing outcomes processed by the protocol's game-theoretic dispute mechanics;
5.1.5 Smart contract vulnerabilities, software bugs, server outages, or security breaches.
5.2 You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Linez Protocol and its contributors from any claims, disputes, legal fees, or liabilities brought by third parties relating to your use of the protocol interface.
6.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.
